Hispanic Pastors
Edmundo and Belkis Delgado

Pastor Edmundo Delgado was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, but was raised in Honduras, Central America. He moved back to the U.S. permanently in 1986. In 1992, he rededicated his life to the Lord, and in 1993, he was called by God into the ministry, and immediately started his biblical studies. He completed his biblical studies and was ordained in 2001, and since then, he has been serving the Hispanic community of Manatee County, Florida.

In 2008, he began to pursue the things of the Spirit more fully. During this part of his spiritual journey, the Lord led him to begin a new ministry with just a handful of people who met for services at their homes. In the fall of 2010, he and his congregation were blessed to come into contact with Pastor Brian Royer, and very soon, it was clear to Pastor Edmundo that God was starting a new season for him, his family, and his congregation at Harvest Chapel.

Pastor Edmundo is married to Belkiss Bernhard, also, from Honduras; together, they have three children: Roberto, 19; David, 15; and Pablo, 12.

Pastor Edmundo and Belkiss’ vision for their church is to reach as many Hispanic families through the Gospel as possible; to love and care for every member and minister to them in the power of the Holy Spirit, while teaching them to reach other families for Christ.
